What stays on your computer

• ●Call audio. Speech-to-text runs on your computer. Audio is never saved or sent.
• ●Your GitHub sign-in. The app reads pull requests through your own GitHub command line tool (gh).
• ●Your Flylo sign-in and your Anthropic API key, in the system keychain.
• ●Log files, kept for 7 days. They say what the app did, not what anyone said.
• ●A detection log, only if you turn it on. It holds what the other side said, until you delete it.

What is saved to your account

Your account lives at flylo.dev. Sign-in is run by Clerk, the site is hosted on Vercel, and the data sits in a Postgres database at Neon.

• ●The call as text: who said what, and when.
• ●Your notes: the summary, decisions, actions, questions and the call's title.
• ●People you name, with a role and company if you add them.
• ●Voiceprints. A voiceprint is a list of numbers that describes how a voice sounds. It is not audio and cannot be played back. Flylo keeps one for each person you name, and one for each voice on each call, named or not, so you can name it later. Voiceprints are stored encrypted.
• ●Your settings: the names people call you, the repos you pick, and how the overlay looks.
• ●The computers you signed in on, and your recent searches.
• ●Your email and sign-in details, held by Clerk.

What goes to Anthropic

Flylo uses Anthropic's Claude AI to answer and to write notes. For now it uses your own Anthropic API key, so Anthropic's terms for that key apply.

• ●For each answer: the question, the last minute of the call as text, and your pull requests from the repos you pick. That means descriptions, commits, diffs and review comments, including other people's.
• ●For notes: the whole call as text, with the names of the people on it. It goes a piece at a time while you talk, and once more at the end.
• ●For a screen answer: a picture of your screen and the last minute of the call. Only when you press the screen key. The picture is not saved.

Other people on your calls

Flylo hears everyone on the call. It saves their words as text and a voiceprint of each voice to your account. Tell people you use it, and check your local recording laws and your employer's rules first. You can delete any person, call or voiceprint at any time.

Deleting things

• ●Delete a meeting: its text, notes, voices and their voiceprints are deleted.
• ●Delete a person: their voiceprints are deleted straight away, including the copy on each call. Their lines stay, as "Speaker 1" and so on. Their name is hidden, and deleted with your account.
• ●Forget all voiceprints, in Settings: every voiceprint goes, people's and each call's. Names stay.
• ●Sign a computer out, in Settings: its sign-in stops working.
• ●Delete your account, in Settings: everything saved to your account is deleted.
• ●The waitlist: your email stays on it until you ask us to remove it at hello@flylo.dev.
• ●On your computer: log files go after 7 days. The detection log, if you turned it on, stays until you delete it.
